Depending on each individual needs.
Subscription is weekly for 6 days package. You will receive your package every 2 days. Every day consists of:

  • Breakfast
  • Snack
  • Lunch
  • Dinner

Delivery will be Fridays, Sundays, and Tuesdays at night. So you start your diet on Saturday till Thursday.
We left Friday off but remember to make healthy choices please refer to the directions tab to learn more information.

Day 3:
Breakfast Muesli with Greek yogurt
Snack a fruit and almonds
Lunch Chicken breast with carrot avocado salad
Dinner Sweet and Sour beetroot salad with goat cheese and shrimps

Day 4:
Breakfast Greek yogurt and strawberries
Snack a fruit
Lunch Protein Boost salad with Tuna and quinoa and goat cheese
Dinner Mushroom Soup plus a chicken breast

Breakfast Mushroom and Herb Egg Muffin plus Greek yogurt

Below is your guideline for how to go about your weight loss journey.

  • Our ready-made meal packages guarantee a healthy, happy and satisfying 6 days.
  • Start your day with drinking lemon water. Simply squeeze half a lemon with warm water. For immunity support, add a slice of ginger, 1 tsp organic apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp Turmeric, and a pinch of cayenne and drink first thing in the morning.
  • After 30 minutes, you can follow by having your breakfast.
  • Focus on chewing food well. This will automatically slow down while eating & aid better digestion. If you are a fast eater, eat with a smaller fork or spoon to have more bites and slow down accordingly.
  • Try to lessen distractions while eating i.e. mobile phones, TV, etc. This will help you to have better mindful eating and enjoy your meal more.
  • Stop eating when you are no longer hungry, feeling satisfied but not full.
  • Drink unsweetened herbal teas as much as you want between meals whenever hungry.
  • Drink around 2-3 liters of water through the day; drinking enough fluids will not only keep
    you from becoming dehydrated, but it will also control your sugar cravings. Keep in mind that caffeinated drinks such as coffee or black tea do not count. Instead, herbal teas make a great alternative to water and may aid your digestion.
  • Try the infused water; simply in your water bottle, add water, lemon & mint & place it in the fridge overnight or through the day so water gets the flavor.
  • Please, don’t skip meals.
  • Have 3 hours between meal & snack. Don’t stay till you’re super hungry to keep your blood sugar balanced through the day and hence lessen cravings.
  • Take your meals with you, never feel embarrassed for having healthy choices.
  • On your day off, try to make clean choices & eat mindfully.
  • If you feel like ordering something when you are out with friends, go for salads, fresh juice
    with no added sugar. And always ask for the salad dressing aside.
  • Reward yourself with a selfcare treat (Plan for a spa day, Read a book, Go for a quick trip, Talk to old friends, Get more sleep, etc.)
  • Sleep well and early at least 7 to 8 hours of good quality sleep at night.
