Day 1:

After completing the 3/5 day detox program, your body is in prime fat-burning mode. Your organs are cleansed and your hormones are back in balance. You should also notice an increase in energy and renewed glow in your skin. As soon as you complete the detox, you will want to make the most of this fat-burning phase by immediately starting on a complete, healthy, balanced eating plan. You should continue daily with your warm lemon Turmeric cleanser, continue eating lots of greens in every meal, including fruits and vegetables in your diet, watch your portions, exercise and drink plenty of water.

The 3 day a a liquid detox

  • * Start your day with drinking warm water with half a lemon squeezed and if you have fresh ginger or turmeric, add them and if not, just have a big cup of warm lemon water.
  • * After 30 minutes, you can follow by having your first juice. Then follow with your next juice or soup keeping 2 hours in between them. The order doesn’t really matter.
  • * Drink unsweetened herbal teas and vegetable broth as much as you want during the day and whenever hungry. We provided you with 2 herbal teas and one vegetable broth but you can always have more if you need.
  • * Have your Spirulina tablets in the morning with a glass of water after your first juice.
  • * In the early afternoon and later early evening have the electrolyte shot to give you some energy. The shot is very salty but needed to give you energy.
  • * Drink a lot of water, at least 2 liters of room temperature water throughout the day. **Water promotes detoxification by providing an avenue for toxins to exit the body. The more fluids we ingest, the more effective our bodies will be at flushing harmful substances away.
  • * Do light exercise on a daily basis, at least 30 minutes of walking, yoga or pilates.
  • * Take a good quality probiotic before sleeping.
  • * Go to sleep early, your body needs at least 7 to 8 hours of good quality sleep at night
  • * If you are trying to detox and used to having coffee, cigarettes, or alcohol, you might experience symptoms like nausea, headache, or vomiting.
